Danielle is a huge fan of fitness for a myriad of reasons including – but not limited to – its mental, emotional, physical, and social benefits. Because most of us are juggling an array of personal “issues,” Danielle tries to create a warm, welcoming, and stress-free environment where folks can come to escape and/or work through their frustrations, anxieties, insecurities, and stresses. Another goal of Danielle’s is to provide an intense workout in a FUN, spirited atmosphere. She instructs, encourages, and motivates, but also lets each rider go at his/her own pace to attain their own individual goals. Danielle will not belittle her riders for taking a break or slowing down. Some of her many mottos include: “It is your time; it is your workout!” “You are getting stronger; you are burning fat!” “Focus on yourself… your health, your fitness, your needs!” Danielle is Mad Dogg Certified Spin instructor and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

What are some things that most people do not know about you?
I was an officer in the US Air Force (USAF) for six and a half years. I joined after graduating from Arizona State University with a Marketing degree. I grew up and lived in Phoenix, AZ until I joined the USAF, which moved me to Southern California (on the outskirts of LA). After four years in California, the military moved me out here to MA. I separated from active duty in 2008 and began a career as a personal trainer and spin instructor full time.
