I am proud to be an American! I can say that with confidence.

On July 4th, 1776 our founding fathers declared independence from Great Britain. The nation that took shape in years to follow is no short of extraordinary.  Now – many generations later – we share a home with some of the brightest and most innovative minds, world renown scientists, doctors, artists, teachers & soldiers. Our most accomplished business minds have also become some of the world’s greatest philanthropists. I am so proud of the American People; past, present and future.

Being around the Handle Bar riders, and spending my days in the music-filled studios, I feel so fortunate. For us – happiness is a right. It is accepted that self-betterment can be a priority. Not only are we able and encouraged to seek contentment in our lives, but we’re provided outlets to find it, outlets to better ourselves, and our mindset. In some areas of the world, a place like this could not exist. But lucky for us, The Handle Bar was born in the USA and it’s our mission to act upon the words ‘Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.’

So on this 4th of July, let us be thankful for our forefathers. Let’s be thankful for the men and women who have fought to uphold these principles. And more than anything, be thankful for your right to maintain your body and mind for the simple purpose of being happy.

Enjoy the sunshine and BBQ’s, riders. I’ll see you in the saddle!
