You know Candice as the hip-hop loving, crop top wearing badass fitness instructor who hails at both The Handle Bar Southie and Harvard Square studios. If you follow her on Instagram, you also know she has a deep passion for all things fitness, including running. Like, all the time.
What motivates you to say “yes” to a challenge like 26.2 miles?
What’s the most rewarding benefit of working out/fitness for you?
We all know and love your pup. Does Scooter like to go on runs with you?
Absolutely not, but I so badly wish he did enjoy it. He will maybe run for a mile and then just sits down and won’t budge. I like to think he’s more of a sprinter, especially if there is a bird or small animal involved. Sometimes we run sprints along the Fort Point Channel and people look at me funny.
Have you ever had any weird nicknames growing up? (We need to know what to yell when you fly by us on Monday.)
My mom calls me “bunny,” but I think she should remain the only person that calls me that. 🙂
